Lokorn, Penn-ar-Bed, Brittany

Locronan, ar Vro.

Locronan, home of Breizhwave, is also the heart of my ancestors’ country, ar Vro in Breton. A village of 800 souls, it sits next to the now famous aluminium gate factory and its 800 or so employees, for which I have worked full time since 2012, alongside my side projects.

Local community

Living here also means building the village’s websites: for the town hall, for an election campaign, and for the associations that keep Locronan and the area around it alive.

  • 2009The city council websiteA new website for the commune of Locronan, with my photographs. 
  • 2022–2026Locronan 2026The campaign website of a liste citoyenne participative, a participatory citizens’ list, for the 2026 municipal elections. It opened with a first for the village: Les habitants ont la parole , an online form campaign that gave the floor to the inhabitants.
